Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Life by DRMZ handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days. Depending on supplier, please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within the US): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 days(if sourced outside the US) // Sourced in the US, estimated deliver time 2 to 5 days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14 to 28 days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Free 
  • Express shipping (if available): Within US $4.99
  • International shipping: Free 

Tracking Information

As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details.  You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can track your package here.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Life by DRMZ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All the fees imposed during or after the shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc) are the responsibility of the customer.  

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or returned to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping costs. 

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture and email the picture to us at drmzcompany@gmail.com

For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at drmzcompany@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.

We will only process damaged or missing claims within 48 hours of receiving your order.
